What is your return policy?
Please choose your piece carefully and reach out with any questions prior to purchase.
Due to the made-to-order nature of each piece, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
Each item is handcrafted using natural materials, so slight variations may occur — this is part of the character of the piece, while the integrity of the design remains intact.
If you receive an incorrect item or a piece that arrives damaged (not due to shipping or handling), please contact us at hello@andbridal.ca within 48 hours of delivery with images and a description. If approved, we will repair or replace the item.
After 48 hours, responsibility for the item rests with the customer.
What currency do you use?
All prices are listed and processed in USD.
If you would prefer to pay in CAD, please contact us at hello@andbridal.ca and we can process your order via PayPal at the current exchange rate.
We are based in Vancouver, Canada. Taxes are applied to Canadian orders based on province.
Why does it take 4–6 weeks to ship my order?
Each piece is made to order, created individually and by hand.
This production process takes time to ensure the quality, detail, and finish of each piece meets our standard.
If you are working to a specific timeline, please reach out with your date and we will do our best to accommodate.
Do you offer rush or ready-to-ship pieces?
We do not typically offer ready-to-ship items.
However, if materials are available, we may be able to accommodate a rush order. Please contact us with your required timeline and we will confirm availability.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer complimentary standard shipping across North America.
For international orders, we subsidise standard shipping where possible.
Expedited shipping and insurance are available at checkout for an additional fee.
Will I need to pay duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes depending on your country.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer. If a package is refused due to these charges, the order will be considered final sale and no refund will be issued.
What packaging does each piece come in?
Each piece arrives in our signature packaging, including a keepsake box, protective materials, and a handwritten note.
If your order is a gift, please email us with your order number and recipient name — we are happy to include complimentary gift wrapping.
How accurate are product photos and sizing?
We aim to present each piece as accurately as possible. However:
Slight variations (under 5%) may occur due to the handmade process
Screen settings may affect how colours appear
We strongly recommend reviewing product descriptions, measurements, and details carefully before purchasing.
For headpieces and sizing-specific items, we recommend measuring yourself and comparing with listed dimensions to ensure the correct fit.

Where are you located? Do you have a storefront?

How do I care for my piece?
Each piece is designed to be worn, kept, and passed on.
To maintain its condition over time:
Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, and chemicals
Remove before showering, swimming, or physical activity
Avoid prolonged exposure to humidity, sunlight, or extreme temperatures
Remove before sleeping
Silver: may naturally oxidise over time — gently polish with a silver cloth to restore shine
Gold: more resilient, but benefits from occasional polishing
Store your piece in its box, protected by a dust bag or non-acidic tissue. Silver pieces are best stored in a sealed environment to limit airflow.
